Making a purchase

Making a purchase could not be any easier. Just browse our store and add any items to your shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on ‘checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete your order.

If you would rather make your purchase by telephone please call our order line, in normal office hours 07988512318. If the line is busy leave your name and number and we will call you back.

For international customers a currency converter can be found at the top of each of the product pages of the website.

Pricing

All pricing shown on this website are subject to availability. All product prices are shown in UK pound sterling inclusive of VAT and exclusive of delivery.

Promotional Codes

Only one promotion code or gift voucher code, regardless of its origin, can be redeemed against any one order. Promotions do not apply to any item that are on sale. Makeup Drop Shop has the right to withdraw discount codes at any time.

Availability

All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If your order can not be issued, due to an availability issue, you will be given a refund for the out of stock product(s). Makeup Drop Shop will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointments suffered.

All the products we advertise and sell are all 100% genuine.

All the images on this website are for illustration purposes only and may differ from the actual product. From time to time colours may vary due to photographic/graphics constraints/processes.

Product Details

On Makeup Drop Shop website all the products are brand new and unused. There are some products that are unboxed, we do our best to describe products clearly, providing you with the information in the description whether the product is sealed or unsealed etc. However, from time to time products may have no mention of this within the description and must be assumed to be an unsealed product. Our testers are not for free because testers will be the same as the product, which we would sell just with a tester sign marked on it. Some items may have ‘ not for individual sale’ marked on it, by confirming your order to Makeup Drop Shop, you are accepting and confirming that you are aware of these facts and are satisfied to order on the basis.

We do sell Recycled products for use of commercial photos or art projects etc. These products will be clearly described in the description on the website and clearly labelled under Recycled products. Please read the product description carefully, we do our best to advertise our products clearly.

Order Confirmation

Please check carefully and ensure all details of your order and postal address are correct. Makeup Drop Shop will not be liable for in-correct addresses entered as a delivery address. All orders are accepted subject to our terms and Conditions of sale. We reserve the right to decline any order.

FOR HEALTH AND SAFETY REASONS WE WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY MAKEUP OR SKINCARE PRODUCT FOR A REFUND OR EXCHANGE IF THEY HAVE BEEN OPENED OR USED.

Complaints

We will try and acknowledge your complaints immediately, however it could take up to 3 working days. The customer will be kept informed of all the progress of the complaint.

Makeup Drop Shop has the right to contact all customers regarding orders.

In accordance with the Data Protection Act 1988 we do not supply any of your details to a third party, unless you have given Makeup Drop Shop permission to do so.

At a statement the Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Sales on this website are governed by the English Law and you agree to submit any dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. All orders are subject to these Terms and Conditions, no amendments will be accepted by us.
